I ACADEMIC SESSION
The academic session consists of two terms:
I Term : April to September
II Term : October to March
II. ADMISSION PROCEDURE
a) The school is co-educational in nature and caters to students of nursery, LKG, and UKG. The academic year of the school commences on 01 Apr every year and ends on 31 Mar of the following year. Admission forms are issued from February every year, and the admission procedure begins in March.
b) The student desirous of admission in Nursery must have attained the age of three years and should not have exceeded the age of four years as on 31 Mar of the year in which admission is being sought.
c) The student desirous of admission in Lower KG must have attained the age of four years and should not have exceeded the age of five years as on 31 Mar of the year in which admission is being sought.
d) The student desirous of admission in Upper KG must have attained the age of five years and should not have exceeded the age of six years as on 31 Mar of the year in which admission is being sought.
e) Fees are to be paid on a quarterly basis, and the fee structure may be reviewed as and when considered necessary.
f) All applications for admission are to be submitted to the Office, Eurokid. The forms are also available with the school office. The original birth certificate will be returned immediately after verification.
g) At the time of admission, the following documents are required:
Admission form duly completed and countersigned by the head of the department in case of service personnel.
Original and xerox copy of birth certificate.
III WITHDRAWAL FROM SCHOOL
a) Parents desirous of withdrawing their ward from school are to apply 30 days prior to the date of withdrawal on the prescribed form for the issue of the Transfer Certificate.
IV. WORKING HOURS & HOLIDAYS
a) The school will function from Monday to Friday, and hours of class attendance will be 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs. Saturdays it’s 0830 to 0230,there will be no classes on Sundays, or gazetted/declared holidays.
b) Summer vacations will be in the months of May & June for a period of approx 50 days.
c) Autumn break and winter break will be for approx. 10 days each.
